How might we redesign WD.com to create a more engaging, user-friendly, and industry leading shopping experience that helps customers easily discover, understand, and purchase the right products for their needs?
We developed a new product discovery flow aligned with industry best practices and emerging trends. The search experience was reimagined with in-depth faceted filtering, while product detail pages were designed to engage users, provide valuable information, and drive sales.
We also implemented a personalized recommendation system that suggests products based on user behavior and preferences, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Lastly, we worked with the brand and marketing team at WD to design eye-catching and informative marketing and website visual assets.
